We recommend taking two (2) capsules, up to four times daily as needed with a meal and 8-ounce glass of water. Capsules may be opened and put into a smoothie or juice.

Note: Elite Focus can be taken with or without food. We recommend taking it with a meal simply to help avoid stomach sensitivity for those who are more sensitive to caffeine. If you normally tolerate caffeine well, you’re welcome to take it on an empty stomach for quicker energy.
