How can I make changes to my subscriptions?Updated 22 days ago

  1. Go to the Eu Natural Website
    Visit eunatural.com and click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the page (next to the shopping cart).

  2. Choose Your Option

    • Login – if you already have an account

    • Create Account – if you're setting up an account for the first time

  3. Activate Your Account (New Users Only)
    If you're creating a new account, you’ll receive an email prompting you to activate it.
    Click the activation link in that message to complete setup.

  4. Sign In
    Once your account is activated, return to the website and sign in using your email and password.


Managing Your Subscription

Once logged in, you can review and adjust any active subscriptions directly through your account dashboard, including:

  • Changing delivery frequency

  • Updating your shipping address

  • Skipping or rescheduling an order

  • Canceling your subscription

  • Updating payment information
