There are 60 capsules in each bottle of Metabolism for Her. We recommned using a 2-capsule serving per day. So when used as directed, one bottle of Metabolism for Her should last for 30 days.

Note: There is no evidence that taking more than the recommended amount would provide incremental benefits, as one serving (i.e., two capsules) provides the full scientifically-validated amounts of the key clinically-studied ingredients, Sinetrol and Chromax. As such we do not recommend using more than one serving per day.
