There are several key differences between the two products, starting with the delivery format:

• Regulate comes in a traditional capsule format, 
• Regulate Max is a powder, which is unflavored, unsweetened, etc., making it easy to add to water or another favorite beverage.

As its name implies, Regulate Max is our “maximum-strength” formula; for example, depending on how you look at it, in comparison to Regulate, Regulate Max provides: 

• Twice as much myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol per day (when used as recommended); and 
• Twice as many servings. 

What’s more, the Regulate Max formula goes a step further, as it also contains 5-MTHF folate and vitamin D3, which offer additional, complementary, and synergistic nutritional support alongside myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol.
